To File A Complaint or to Report A RCIC

If you have a concern about the conduct or competence of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor (RISIA), you can submit a complaint by visiting CICC Website. If you have questions about the complaint procedure or have trouble with the portal, you may email complaints@college-ic.ca for help.
