About Us
RCIC Mehran Monsef
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Mehrangiz Monsef moved to Turtle Island (North America) with her family in 1996.
Initially working on Immigration applications as a volunteer in 2013 and seeing first-hand the transformative outcome for families, it inspired Mehrangiz to complete her Immigration Consulting Diploma. Since becoming a licensed Immigration Consultant and launching Monsef Immigration Consulting in 2023, she has shared knowledge and expertise to support immigrants through the end-to-end migration and assist employers achieve their goal finding highly skilled talent to fill labour shortage gaps.
Her first-hand experience migrating and integrating into a new home, away from home allows Mehrangiz to best relate to newcomers' journey navigating immigration, social, cultural, and economic realities and in assisting Canadian Employers take their recruitment and retention strategies to the next level.
Leveraging 13+ years of experience working with diverse populations such as Black, Indigenous, Persons of Color (BIPOC), 2SLGBTQ+ and other vulnerable communities; RCIC Mehrangiz has been able to incorporate into her practice education that:
